This is definitely not surfer music!
Beach Party is a piece I did in collaboration with my friend Egils Bebris. On a windy Spring Toronto Saturday morning, we spent the day in the basement of the York University Stacie Science Library where the music department’s Electronic Music Studio used to be. Months later, we won the SOCAN Young Composer’s prize for this piece.
